Unique Direct Extrusion Process

Our unique extrusion-coating process mechanically bonds polymer-coatings to textiles. This physically locks the coating and the textile without adhesive, resulting in a coated fabric that outperforms a similarly constructed, laminated fabric. Coating lines apply a variety of polymers, including PVC, TPU, TPO, EVA/TPO, TPE, and TPV, in various thicknesses and finished widths. Coatings are available in a variety of colours and surface-embossing textures.
